  1. This message was amazing. It’s something I’ve felt for awhile. I’ve started to shift my thinking about exercise and not thinking about it as a means for weight loss. But instead doing it because it makes me feel good. My eating needs to be independent. I also read the Obesity Code and listening to your podcast has been the perfect complement. Plus I’m not “sciencey” at all so your explanations have helped break down some of the questions I had when reading the book. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I’m hooked.

    1. Hi Debbie – thanks for your comment. There is so much in the book that questions all the things I took for granted. It’s been so freeing for me to take every bit of it examine and test it for myself. I’m rebuilding the physical vitality of my life based on research that I’m doing, and then really testing it – I am the expert in my own life, and I can totally trust myself to take excellent care of my amazing human body.
