Episode 11: Why Do I Overeat?

How do I define overeating?  What do I do when I make an eating mistake?  Hint:  I spend zero time feeling bad about it.  I choose to be curious and study my calendar, food journal and data from my glucose monitor like an anthropologist.  Observing and analyzing my personal data creates lasting changes in my eating habits – more days without overeating at all and losing 30 pounds.

Also, my March food protocol is planned and ready to execute.  It’s going to be the best month yet.
